I'm getting the final details in place for a weekend visit to my mom and dad's outside Hanover. I love visiting my parents. I don't see them nearly as often as I would like. I am so greatful to God for them. My mom is one of my best friends, we talk about everything and anything. I hope for the same kind of relationship with my girls when they're older.
She is so strong and amazing...so many people love and respect her, she's got a real heart for God. My dad is awesome. I'm a big-time Daddy's girl and always will be :) He's one of those soft-spoken big teddy bears where you can just read the love in his eyes. So many of my friends have strained relationships with their parents so I never take my parents for granted...I wouldn't trade them for anything!
Hopefully I'll have some nice pictures to post after the weekend. Hope you all have a safe and happy Canada day!
