The Siebert Babes

Well, it's time to get back to the tales of Siebert Camping.

Let's talk about those amazing Siebert women shall we :) I remember when I was growing up I used to beg my parents to have another baby (as long as it was a girl!). I wanted a sister SO badly. Since then, I've been blessed with 4 sisters (one on the Naff'r side) through marriage (and one adoption...Tanya :) that I am so grateful for! My mother-in-law is pretty awesome as well!!

Let's see, the Siebert women kept busy that weekend by doing lots of dishes (don't worry, the guys helped a lot too!!), taking kiddies to the pool, hot tub and on the wagon rides. We also had many great laughs and even got into playing some card games on the last night (at least Tanya, Joel and I did...the other adults had all gone home).

It's always a blast getting the girls together. We all get along so well and have some really great meaningful talks about just about anything and everything when we get together. We've been really spoiled in the last month with how much we've gotten to see eachother! Not only that, but we'll be seeing eachother at 2 more weddings this month (where we can do some more dancin and havin fun :). Except for Tanya...sorry Tan, I know you LOVE to dance ;)

So here are the Siebert Beauties:

My talented, strong, beautiful sister-in-law Leah (Joel's sister) Ooh, check out the stylin 1972 Lionel trailer in the background...YEAH!

Here's my awesome mother-in-law entertaining my son for a while :) Yeah, Grandma's ROCK

Here's darlin Kathy...looking beautiful as always :) We were so fortunate to marry into the same family; we have been friends since we met in College in 1993! Sweet.

Then there's my adopted sister-in-law Tanya. Sorry, I didn't have any solo pics of you Tanya, but you seem to have a difficult time keeping your eyes open or a scowl off your face when your hubby is behind the camera :) Tee hee. Since he took nearly all the pics that weekend I wanted to be nice so I used this picture of you...you look great AND your eyes are open.

Now, what was I saying about flattering pictures? Here's my personal favourite of the last Siebert babe: me ;)

Notice Leah in the background as she focuses on getting that awesome tartar sauce out of the squeeze container. Yes, she sure loved that sauce, almost as much as I do in fact :)

See?!

That's all folks,

Mel

You girls are crazy and I love it!
I wish my family would get together more often and do stuff like this! I'm envious. Y'all have something special goin' on.
Great pictures.
