So last Tuesday we took our KIA back to
Bracebridge for a final check-up before she hit 100,000 km. My sweet Uncle Paul and Aunt Ruby treated our entire family to a day at Santa's village while the van was being checked over (THANKS GUYS!!).
Here are some highlights of the day:

Here's the three kiddies taking the "Elf Oath" and earning their elf hats. Pretty impressive that we got to keep them...for free :)

Here's the
fam on the train that chugs around the park. We had a lot of fun on this

I think we all agreed our highlight was the ride on Santa's Summer Sleigh (which was a big pontoon boat led by reindeer). The driver was Elf Mickey (I believe). We thought for sure he was Santa. He was quite the guy. He cranked the crazy frog tunes and spun donuts in the river with the big boat with his arms in the air hooting. It was a blast!!!

And here is the "Big Guy" himself. Santa's really slimmed down since I last saw him :) He was a jolly old fellow though!
Not only did we see Santa, but we got to meet Mrs. Claus as well. She was adorable, I could have taken her home with us :) The kids loved her and she had fun telling us stories about how Elf Mickey had gotten so chubby.

It was a really fun day! A great place for kids our kids' age.
