Birthday Party Fun!!

Saturday night we had the honour of attending our friend Kim's daughter's third birthday party! Unfortunately, several hours before the party started Izzy came down with a high fever and was sick, but Grandma Siebert saved the day by coming up to stay with her so that I could still take Obi and Lyric (Joel was working).

The party was a real blast! It was a Little Pony party so there was "Pin the Tail on the Pony" which the kids weren't so sure about (it was hilarious how the three little 3 year olds were not keen on the whole blindfold thing :)

Marly was not quite ready to blow out the candles because she had a mouthful or weiners :) Thankfully she didn't blow them onto the cake :) Kim did a wonderful job on the cake... looks professional! I love her little friend sitting patiently, but wishing she could blow out the candles herself :)


Marly's Grandma showing Obi how she could touch her nose with her tongue. Obi adores her and they had a very lengthy discussion about Obi's 4 girlfriends. Obi was impressed with her skills, but even more with the fact that she could also pop her teeth out at will...too funny!

It was great hanging out with Kim's family. They sure are a fun bunch!
