I couldn't think of what I wanted to talk about today, so I was looking through my pictures and found this one. I love it. When we go to Grandma and Grandpa Siebert's the kids always love to watch T.V. on top of Grandpa Siebert. He doesn't mind at all (in fact I think he likes the extra snuggles :) I always wonder how he can handle having them up there (sometimes they don't exactly lay still), but he pretty much just takes it without complaining. The kids are lucky to have such a great Grandpa.
Then there's Papa Nafziger that helped take care of the kids last week when Joel and I went away (Grandma also did an awesome job taking care of the kids...even while sick and having back spasms!!...she didn't complain to me once). The kids told us about the cool toboganning run that Papa created in the backyard. Apparently it had built-up sides, then he flooded the run so it would be good and fast, and even put a jump or two in for fun. I wish I could have been there to see him create this thrill ride, or to see the kids flying down it. We are so blessed to have parents that are SO involved in our kids lives. I'm so grateful that my kids have these awesome memories of their Grandparents!
I sure do love the 'other men' in my life :)
