Well, it's that time, finally :) My sweetie and I are taking the kids to mom and dads today and we'll leave early tomorrow for our mini-vacation as the kids are calling it. They are pretty excited to be having some days off school as well.
So, the blog will be awfully quiet until next Thursday when I can get back online to update you on the trip. Hopefully we'll get some good pictures. We have so much we want to do: reading to get done (we're both reading through the Lord of the Rings novels), knitting for Joel (haha, that's mine), cross-country skiing, skating, games, and hopefully sleeping in :)
I checked the weather network and the next few days in Algonquin look great, sunny but -15 to -30 degree temps...YIKES.
